Online Pre-registration of Buyer Badge—Your First Choice
For Canton Fair overseas buyers, “Buyer Badge” is required to enter the Complex.
Introduction of Buyer Badge
If you already have a Buyer Badge, please note that the Badge is valid for multiple sessions, please keep it properly. It ensures your direct entry in the Complex during the Canton Fair, which is convenient and saves your time.
If you forget to bring it or lose it, 200 RMB will be charged for a new one. Your old Badge
will become invalid after you apply for a new one; please bring the newest Badge to enter the Complex.
Please bring your old Badge if you need to change it.
1. How to register To save your precious time, we hereby recommend two ways of registration. 1.1 Please log in to the Canton Fair official website (www.cantonfair.org.cn), find “Guide for Offline Attendance” under the “Overseas Buyer” column, and click “Log in the Buyer
E-Service Tool Platform” to pre-apply a buyer’s badge. (We recommend that you choose this way first as it will get your first Buyer Badge fast and free.) 1.2 Register at Canton Fair Hong Kong Representative Office.
2. When and where to register The Canton Fair is held twice a year, in spring and autumn. The 130th Canton Fair is held from Oct 15 to 19, 2021. 2.1 There will be three Buyers' Registration Offices in Area A, B and C of the Canton Fair Complex

4. Registration Notice Overseas buyers should provide related documents for registration.
Notes: 4.1 Valid overseas ID documents are required for first Badge, and replacement of Badge, including: original copies of overseas passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong,
Macao and Taiwan Residents, valid Chinese passport held by overseas Chinese and Chinese passport with overseas employment visa valid for over 1 year. 4.2 Starting from the 130th session, new buyers without online pre-registration need to scan a QR code during registration. We hereby recommend that you prepare in advance an
ID photo in your cell phone or other mobile devices for your convenience. The photo should be in blue or white background, with the head taking up 2/3 of the photo; the image
should be in jpg, png or bmp format and smaller than 5M.
5. Reminder of epidemic prevention during registration 5.1 For epidemic prevention, please take with you the original copy of your ID registered in Suikang mini program of WeChat during registration for the 130th Canton Fair, including
overseas passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents, Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents, valid Chinese passport
held by overseas Chinese and Chinese second-generation ID card. 5.2 Please submit “Pledge” and your vaccination records in the “Canton Fair Section” of Suikang mini program for your easy registration. 5.3 If you already have a Canton Fair Buyer Badge, please go to “Canton Fair Badge Self-check” in the “Canton Fair Section” of Suikang mini program and check if your information
of epidemic prevention can be shown in your Badge. If not, please go to Buyers' Registration Offices to synchronize your Badge before entering the Complex.
